AI Disclosure
Last updated: June 30, 2026
SoloFlow is a billing and practice management tool. It is not an AI product and does not use AI to make decisions about your legal practice, billing, or client matters.
1. How AI Is Used in SoloFlow
SoloFlow uses AI in limited, non-critical features:
- Automatic conversation titles — when you first interact with certain features, a short descriptive title may be generated automatically.
- No AI-driven billing decisions — time entries, hourly rates, invoice amounts, and trust transactions are entirely determined by you.
AI features in SoloFlow are assistive and cosmetic. They do not affect your billing data, client records, or financial calculations.
2. Your Practice Data Is Not Used for AI Training
Your client information, time entries, invoices, trust transactions, and any other practice data entered into SoloFlow are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — neither our own nor those of any third-party AI provider.
3. No AI Processing of Client Legal Data
SoloFlow does not send your clients' names, matter descriptions, billing details, or trust account information to any AI service. Your practice data stays in your database and is processed only for the features you use (time tracking, invoicing, trust ledger, etc.).
4. AI Limitations
AI-generated content (such as auto-titles) may occasionally be inaccurate or unhelpful. These outputs are always editable and have no effect on your billing or legal records.
5. Future AI Features
If we introduce new AI-powered features in the future, we will:
- Update this disclosure before launch.
- Clearly label AI-generated content within the product.
- Provide opt-out options where appropriate.
- Never use your client data for AI training without explicit consent.
6. Regulatory Context
This disclosure is provided voluntarily in alignment with FTC guidance on AI transparency and EU AI Act transparency principles. SoloFlow's current AI features are not classified as high-risk AI systems under the EU AI Act.
7. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, deletion of your account, or withdrawal of consent for any optional AI features at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details, or email support@soloflow.work.
