Refund Policy

SoloFlow offers a straightforward refund policy. We want you to feel confident trying our product, and we stand behind the value it delivers.
Free Trial
Every new account includes a 14-day free trialwith full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you decide SoloFlow isn't right for you, simply don't subscribe — you won't be charged.
Subscription Refunds
SoloFlow subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error or experience a billing issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case promptly.
Invoice Payments (Your Clients)
Payments made by your clients through SoloFlow invoice payment links are processed by Stripe on your behalf. Refunds for client payments are your responsibility as the service provider. SoloFlow does not process refunds for payments between you and your clients.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@soloflow.work with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution by several weeks.
